With Connective Health’s solution, 2nd.MD by Accolade specialists gain a clearer picture of every member, enabling them to deliver better care experiences. 

The addition of Connective Health to 2nd.MD by Accolade’s technology stack builds upon the company’s rich data set and the ability to tun insights into meaningful member experiences.

Connective Health analyzes comprehensive medical records for each member from nationwide sources, overlays pharmacy fill and hospital discharge data, and condenses the clinical information into a usable summary. The partnership ensures every 2nd.MD by Accolade physician specialist has access to the relevant outside medical data they need — right in their EHRs.
